Councilr,~ember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and r~oved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-143 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR TRUNK WATERMAIN AND PUMPHOUSE NO. 1 WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting the improvement of public utilities, to the Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition and the property proposed as the Ra~sey Center and River's Bend including but not limited to the following: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Municipal Water Municipal Sewer St orrn Drainage Street Paving General Grading and Restoratio~ were prese~ted to the Ramsey City Council o~ the 2?th day of Septe~ber, 1~83, and the 28th day of February, 1~84; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions adopted September 27, 1~83 and June 12, 1~84, reports have been prepared by Mr~ P~ter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the i~nprovement, and these reports were received by the Ra~sey City Council on February 28, 1~84 and July 24, 1~84 NOW THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Ra~sey City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property contained in the proposed plats of River's ~end, Ra~sey Center and Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition. 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve~e~t. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the ~aking of such i~provement. The n~otion for the adoption ,of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Council~e~bers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, and Reiman~ Page 1 of 2
