Cour, ci l~ember Reimann introduced moved for its adoption: the following resolution and RESOLUTION #84-151 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <White Pines Estates #84-3) WHEREAS, a contract has beer, let determined) for the sealcoating improvement st feet s: (costs have been of the following 1) Helium Street N.W. between the north plat boundary of White Pines Estates and south to the cul-de-sac. 2) Germanium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary c,f White Pines Estates and 165th Lane N.W. 3> Dysprosium Street N.W> between the south plat boundary of White Pines Estates and I65th Lane N.W. 4) 165th Lane N.W. between Germanium Street N.W. and east to its end at the cul-de-sac. 5) Fluorine Street N.W. bet ween 165th Lane N.W. north to its end at the cul-de-sac. and the contract price for such improvement is $4, 129.89, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $790. 11 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $4,920.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $4,920.00. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pubic inspection. 3) complet ion thereof.
