Counci lmember Reimann introduced moved for its adoption: the following resolution and RESOLUTION #84-152 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (White Pines Estates #84-3) WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 14, 1984, the City Administrator/Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) Helium Street N.W. between the north plat boundary of White Pines Estates and south to the cul-de-sac. 2) Gerr,~ar, ium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of White Pines Estates and 165th Lane N.W. 3) Dysprosium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of White Pines Estates and 165th Lane 4) 165th Lane N.W. between Germanium Street N~W. and east to its end at the cul-de-sac. 5) Fluorine Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. north to its end at the cul-de-sac. AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the Ramsey City Council that such proposed assessment has been cc, mpleted and filed ir, his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 25th day of September, 1984, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 P.M~ to pass upon such assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state ir, the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings. Page 1 of 2
