Counci lr~er,~ber Reimann introduced the fol lowing resot ut ion and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Old County Road #5 #84-4) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a <br />determined) for the <br />streets: <br /> <br />contract has been let <br />sealcoat ing improvement <br /> <br /> (costs have been <br />of the following <br /> <br />-- Old County State Aid Highway No. 5 service <br />road between the line of County State Aid Highway <br />No. 5 on the southeast and County State Aid <br />Highway No. 5 on the northwest. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $1,370.24, and the <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such <br />i~provement amount to $~12. 10 so that the total cost of the <br />i~provemer~t will be $1,682.34. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL DF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to <br />be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the <br />portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property <br />owners is declared to be $1,682.34. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the <br />assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R.
