Counci lr~er,~ber Reimann introduced the fol lowing resot ut ion and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-153 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Old County Road #5 #84-4) WHEREAS, a determined) for the streets: contract has been let sealcoat ing improvement (costs have been of the following -- Old County State Aid Highway No. 5 service road between the line of County State Aid Highway No. 5 on the southeast and County State Aid Highway No. 5 on the northwest. and the contract price for such improvement is $1,370.24, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such i~provement amount to $~12. 10 so that the total cost of the i~provemer~t will be $1,682.34. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL DF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $1,682.34. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakansor, Anderson Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pubic inspection. 3) cor,~ p 1 et i on thereof.
