14) Eland Street N.W. betweer, 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. and the contract price for such improvement is $18,502.30, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $3,592.24 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $22,094.54. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: be 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvemer, t to paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $22, 094. 54. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raat ikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be special ly assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pubic inspection. 3) cr~.mp let ion ther~eof.
