iluncilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-157 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <Greenland Hills Plat #2 #84-6) WHEREAS, a contract has been let determined) for the sealcoating improvement streets: (costs have been of the following 1) 151st Lane N.W. between Chameleon Street N.W. and Alpaca Street N.W. 2) 152nd Lane N.W. between County Road #83 (Armstrong Blvd. N.W.O to the east plat boundary of Greenland Hills Plat #2. 3) Chameleon Street N.W. between 151st Lane N~W. and 152nd Lane N.W. 4) Alpaca Street N.W. from 151st Lane N.W. north to its end at the cul-de-sac. 5) 165th Lane N.W. between Germanium Street N.W. and east to its end at the cul-de-sac. and the contract price for such improvement is $4,293.96, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $823.26 so that the total cost of the i~provement will be $5,117.22. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $5,117.22. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pubic inspection. 3) cor~plet ion thereof.
