Counci lmember Reimann introduced the fol lowing resolut ion ar, d moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-160 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED Unplatted #84-7> ASSESSMENT (Menkveld' s WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 14, 1984, the City Administrator/Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 162nd Avenue N.W. between Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W~ 2) 164th Lane N.W. between Azurite Street Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. 3) 166th Lane N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. 4) Azurite Street N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. (County Road #5) and 164th Lane N.W. 5) Zirconium Street N.W. between 162nd Avenue N.W. and 166th Lane 6) Yttrium Street N.W. between 162nd Avenue N.W. and 16?th Avenue N.W. 7) 164th Lane N.W. between Yttrium Street N.W. east to its end at the plat boundary of Menkvelds Unplatted. AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the Ramsey City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) A hearing shall be held on the ~Sth day of September, 1984, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at ?:00 P.M~ to pass upon such assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause a ~otice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the i~provement.
