Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoptior,: RESOLUTION #84-161 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Menkveld's Country Park #84-8) WHEREAS, a contract has been let determined) for the sealcoating improvement st feet s: (costs have beer, of the following 1) 164th Lane N.W. between Uranium Street N.W. and the west plat boundary of Menkveld's Country Park. 2) 163rd Lane N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. and the east plat boundary of Menkveld's Country Park. 3) Wolfram Street N.W. between 164th Lane N.W. and the south plat boundary of Menkveld's Country Park. 4) Uranium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of Menkveld's Country Park and the north plat boundary of Menkveld's Country Park. and the contract price for such improvemer, t is $5,225.87, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such i~provement amount to $1,012. 13 so that the total cost of the i~'~provemer, t wi 11 be $6,238.00.
