Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-162 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED <br />Country Park #84-8) <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />(Menkveld's <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City <br />Gouncil on August 14, 1984, the City Administrator/Clerk was <br />directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the <br />sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />1) 164th Lane N.W. between Uranium Street <br />N.W~ and the west plat boundary of Menkveld's <br />Country Park. <br /> <br />2) 163rd Lane N.W. between Wolfram Street <br />N.W. and the east plat boundary of Menkveld's <br />Country Park. <br /> <br />3) Wolfram Street N.W. between 164th Lane and <br />the south plat boundary of Menkveld's Country <br />Park. <br /> <br />4) Uranium Street N.W. between the south plat <br />boundary of Menkveid's Country Park and the north <br />plat boundary of Menkveld's Country Park. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified <br />the Ramsey City Council that such proposed assessment has been <br />completed and filed in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shal 1 be held on the 25th day of <br />September, 1984, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 P.M~ to <br />pass upon such assessment and at such time and place all persons <br />owr, ing property affected by such improvement will be given ar, <br />opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to <br />cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be <br />published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior <br />to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost <br />of the improvement.
