pt unci lmember Reimann introduced <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Reilley Estates <br />Second and Third Additions #84-9) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City <br />Council on August 14, 1984, the City Administrator/Clerk was <br />directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the <br />sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />1) Yakima Street N.W. between the south <br />plat boundary of Reille¥ Estates Third Addition <br />and Juniper Ridge Drive. N.W. <br /> <br />2) Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. between the south <br />plat boundary of Reilley Estates Second Addition <br />northwest to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />3) 157th Lane N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. <br />east to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified <br />the Ramsey City Council that such proposed assessment has been <br />completed and filed in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shall be held on the 25th day of <br />September, 1984., in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 P.M. to <br />pas~ upon such assessment and at such time and place all persons <br />owning property affected by such improvement will be given an <br />opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to <br />cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be <br />published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior <br />to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost <br />of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be <br />given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment <br />roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Cameo, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />Pagel of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
