Counoi lmember Reimann introduced the moved for its adoption: following resolution and RESOLUTION #84-166 RESOLUTION #84-10) FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Traprock Commons WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 14, 1984, the City Administrator/Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) Traprock Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. north to its end at the north plat boundary of Traprock Commons. 2) 158th Avenue N.W. between Variolite Street N.W. a~d Traprock Street N.W. AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the Ran~sey City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) A hearing shal 1 be held on the 25th day of September, 1984, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 P.M~ to pass upor~ such assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings.
