Counoi lmember Reimann introduced the <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-166 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />#84-10) <br /> <br />FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Traprock Commons <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City <br />Council on August 14, 1984, the City Administrator/Clerk was <br />directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the <br />sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />1) Traprock Street N.W. between 155th Avenue <br />N.W. north to its end at the north plat boundary <br />of Traprock Commons. <br /> <br />2) 158th Avenue N.W. between Variolite Street <br />N.W. a~d Traprock Street N.W. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified <br />the Ran~sey City Council that such proposed assessment has been <br />completed and filed in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) A hearing shal 1 be held on the 25th day of <br />September, 1984, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 P.M~ to <br />pass upor~ such assessment and at such time and place all persons <br />owning property affected by such improvement will be given an <br />opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to <br />cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be <br />published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior <br />to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost <br />of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be <br />given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment <br />roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings. <br /> <br />The ~,~otion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />Page lof ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
