Counci 1 mer~ber Reimann introduced <br />rl~oved for its adoption: <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-167 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Brookview Estates #84-15) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a contract has been let <br />determined) for the sealcoating improvement <br />streets: <br /> <br /> (costs have been <br />of the following <br /> <br />1) 169th Avenue N.W. between State Highway <br />No. 47 and Neon Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 170th Lane N.W. between Neon Street N.W. <br />and Germanium Sstreet N.W. <br /> <br />3) 173rd Avenue N.W. beginning at Germanium <br />Street N.W. and extending east to its end at the <br />cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />4) Neon Street N.W. between 169th Avenue N.W. <br />and 170th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />5) Helium Street N.W. between the south plat <br />boundary of Brookview Estates and 170th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />6) Germanium Street N.W. beginning at l?Oth <br />Lane N.W. and extending north to its end at the <br />c u 1 -de-sac. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $?~331.02, and <br />the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such <br />improve~,;ent a~,~ount to $1,280.79 so that the total cost of the <br />improvement will be $8,711.81. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to <br />be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the <br />portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property <br />owners is declared to be $8,711.81. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the <br />assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the <br />proper an~ount to be specially assessed for such improvement <br />against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the <br />district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided <br />by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in <br />his office for pubic inspection. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
