Councilmember Reimann introduced moved for its adoption: the following resolution and RESOLUTION #84-168 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Brookview Estates #84-15) WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 14, 1984, the City Administrator/Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 169th Avenue N.W. between State Highway No. 4? and Neon Street N.W. 2) 170th Lane N.W. between Neon Street N.W. and Germanium Street N.W. 3) 173rd Avenue N.W. beginning at Germanium Street N.W. and extending east to its end at the cul-de-sac. 4) Neon Street N.W. between 169th Avenue N.W. and 170th Lane N.W. 5) Helium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of Brookview Estates and l?Oth Lane N~W. 6) Germanium Street N.W. beginning at 170th Lane N.W. and extending north to its end at the cul-de- sac. AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the Ramsey City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shal 1 be held on the 25th day of September, 1984, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 P.M. to pass upon such assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll r~ot less than two weeks prior to the hearings. Page 1 of 2
