Councilmember Reimann introduced the moved for its adoption: following resolution and RESOLUTION #84-169 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Rolling Green #84-2) WHEREAS, a contract has been let (costs have been determined) for the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following 1) Ebony Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and 166th Lane N.W. 2) Dolomite Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and 16?th Avenue N.W. 3) Coquina Street N.W. between Coquina Street N.W. and the south plat boundary of Rolling Green Addition. 4) 165th Lane N.W. between Coquina Street N.W. and Ebony Street N.W. 5) 165th Lane N.W. between C.S.A.H. ~5 (Nowthen] Blvd. N.W.) and Ebony Street N.W. 6) 166th Lane N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Ebony Street N.W. and the contract price for such improvement is $$37,284.54, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such in~proven~er, t amount to $10,413.23 so that the total cost of the in~proven~ent will be $47,697.77. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $47,697.77. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R.
