Counci lmer~ber Reimann introduced moved for its adoption: the following resolution and RESOLUTION #84-171 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <Magnesium Street #84-11) WHEREAS, a contract has been let (costs have been determined) for the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following -- Magnesium Street N.W. beginning at County Road #116 (Industry Avenue N.W.) and continuing north to a point 280 feet beyond the north section line of Section 35. and the contract price for such improvement is $13, 151.92, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $5,665.24 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $18,817. 16. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ --- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $18,817.16. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, Mr. Peter R.
