WHEREAS, City Eng ir, eer Mr. Peter R. Raat ikka of <br />Hakansor, Andersor, Associates, Inc. presented the proposed location <br />to the Park and Recreation Commissior, at their regular meeting of <br />August 23, 1984 for their approval; arid <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park arid Recreation Commission felt <br />the proposed locatinn was agreeable to them and recommended to <br />the Ramsey City Council they formally approve the site. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />approve the proposed location of the well and pump house on the <br />above described parcel of land as recommended by City Staff and <br />approved by the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />The motior, for the adoption of foregoing resotutiof was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg <br />and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmernber Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 2~th day of August, 1984. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Resolution #84-181 <br /> <br /> <br />
