Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %84-185 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR RENNER'S ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, sketch plan approval was granted to Renner's <br />Addition on July 3, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission on Renner's Addition on September 4, 1984 <br />and no input was received opposing Renner's Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer, in his letter dated August <br />30, 1984, submitted his findings in regards to granting <br />preliminary and final plat approval and required variances that <br />will be required to meet City Code requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, preliminary plat approval was granted on <br />September 4, 1984 to Renner's Addition and also granted were the <br />following variances: <br /> <br /> a) Variance to the one (1) acre minimum area in <br />the case of Lot 1. <br /> <br /> b) Variance to the 200 foot width requirement on <br />Lot 2. <br /> <br /> c) Variance to access points on County Roads %57 <br />and %116 and also a variance for access onto major <br />highways will be required for Lots 2 and 3 providing <br />County approves access points. <br /> <br /> d) Variance regarding soil borings or topograph- <br />ical data. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the County Engineer has approved of <br />granting access onto major highways (County Road %57 and %116) <br />regarding Lots 2 and 3; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, preliminary plat for Renner's Addition has <br />been submitted to the Ramsey City Council for preliminary and <br />final plat approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA OOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as foll~s: <br /> <br /> 1) Final plat approval and the above stated variances <br />as approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission are hereby <br />granted providing the following is accomplished: <br /> <br /> a) Receipt of a statement from the City Attorney <br />making determination of marketable land. <br /> <br /> <br />
