Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopti on: RESOLUTION 984-214 RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 984-10 TO PARK FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission requested that the City allocate approximately $700.00 for the purchasing and planting of trees at Central Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey reviewed the above re- quest made by the Park and Recreation Commission at their meeting of September 25, 1984 for additional funding for the purchasing and planting of trees at Cen- tral Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorized this pur- chase of trees and the planting of them at Central Park at their September 25, 1984 Council meeting; and WHEREAS, account 215-2150-1512 of the 1984 Park Fund Budget will have to be amended to account for this unbudgeted expenditure. NOW 5~tEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~/tE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tnat the City Council hereby approves of Budget Amendment ~10 to the 1984 City Budget Park Fund 215 account 215-2150-1512 from $67,955.00 to $68,705.00. 2) It is directed that a certified copy of this resolution be made a part of the original 1984 City Budget. 3) It is further directed that the City Accounting Department be furnished a copy of this resolution and that appropriate action is taken. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of October, 1984.
