Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopti on: RESOLUTION #84-219 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR ARCON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (PROJECT #84-12 AND 884-18 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER) WHEREAg, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted this resolu- tion approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution #84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the construction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated October 17, 1984 to Arcon Construction Company in the amount of $75,104.62. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company for Trunk Sanitary Sewe in the amount of $75,104.62. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #84-222 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on October 23, 1984 that approved payment of the bills for the month of October. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann and Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Schlueter
