Councilmembr Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-223 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES FOR URBAN SEWER AND WATER AND <br />METER DEPOSIT FEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a need has been created whereby certain <br />permits will be required in the Urban Area of the City of <br />Ramsey for Urban Sewer and Water and meter deposit fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a recommendation of the following has been <br />presented to the City Council regarding the amount of the fee: <br /> <br />Urban Water <br /> <br />$25.00 plus $.50 surcharge <br /> <br />Urban Sewer <br /> <br />$25.00 plus $.50 surcharge <br /> <br />Meter Deposit <br /> <br />$100.00 each <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the following permit fees are hereby <br />established: <br /> <br />Urban Water <br /> <br />$25.00 plus $.50 surcharge <br /> <br />Urban Sewer <br /> <br />$25.00 plus $.50 surcharge <br /> <br />Meter Deposit <br /> <br />$100.00 each <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that the Building De partment and <br />Accounting Department be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution #84-223 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
