Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION $84-229 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR AROON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (PROJECT $84-12 AND $84-18 TRUNK SANI~I~RY SEWER) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution $84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the construction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc., recommended partial payment in his letter dated kk)vember 19, 1984 to Arcon Con- struction Company in the amount of $390,266.32. NC~ ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~/tE CITY COUNCIL OF T~tE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, S~TE OF MINNESO~t~, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company for trunk sanitary sewer in the amount of $390,266.32. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution $84-235 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on November 27, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of November. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed couy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Van Wagner and Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Schlueter
