Councilmember Schlueter introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-245 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON WATERSHED SUBDISTRICTS FT4 AND FT1 OF WATER DISTRICT 43 (Project #84-17) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Counci adopted July 24, 1984, a report was received with reference to the Watershed Subdistricts FT4 and FT1 of Water District 43 (Project #84-17) within the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, the improvement is to alleviate flooding in an area generally known as Flintwood Hills First Addition; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1984 which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Per Acre Residential Estimated Annual Per Acre Residential Estimated Total Per Acre Commercial Estimated Annual Per Acre Commercial $208,850.00 784.00 127.57 1,263.24 205.53 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 29th day of January, 1985, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 8:00 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement as required by law to the benefited property owners on the proposed improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann and the following voted against the same: ~k)ne whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of December, 1984.
