Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-247 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br /> 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 169th Avenue N.W. between 170th Lane N.W. and <br />Iodine Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) Iodine Street between Helium Street N.W. south <br />to the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />filed with the Ramsey City Council on December 11, 1984, is <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br />of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in <br />conformity to Chapter 210.01 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and he is <br />instructed to report to the Ramsey City Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should be best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers, Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of December, 1984. <br /> <br />-~yOr <br /> <br /> <br />
