2) That, Council budgeted for an additional patrol officer <br />during 1984 with the intention to fund the patrol officer added in <br />1985. This will reduce the General Fund Balance $18,000. <br /> <br /> 3) That, Council determined that the Park Fund Balance <br />should be decreased to fund the additional Light Equipment <br />Operator added in 1985. This will reduce the Park Fund Balance <br />$17,000. <br /> <br /> 4) That, the two reductions described in items 2 and 3 above <br />will reduce the operating Pund Balance (General and Parks Funds) by <br />$35,000. <br /> <br /> 5) that, for financial reporting purposes (i.e. the <br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report), budgetary comparisons will be <br />presented for the following funds: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Parks Fund <br />Revenue Sharing Fund <br /> <br /> 6) that, for financial reporting purposes (i.e. the <br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report) expenditures will be <br />reported for each department at the following levels: <br /> <br />Personal Services <br />Supplies <br />Services and Charges <br />Capital Outlay <br />Debt Service <br />Intergovernmental <br />Other Financing Uses <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 18th day of December, 1984. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> ATi~_~T: <br /> ../~ // / ~ I hereby acknowledge receipt <br /> . ~_.~2~ / //// ~ // of the above resolution: <br /> <br /> ~-/C~ ~n~ato~/Clerk ~' ~~ ~unt~t ' /'" <br />. ...~ . ~esolution ~84-256 <br />./" Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
