Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 885-16 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (High Point #85-9) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: 1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. 2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 157th Avenue N.W. 5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 157th Avenue N.W. 6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 156th Avenue N.W. 7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. northeast to its end at the cul-de-sac. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter Page 1 of Z
