EXHIBIT C-1 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF CALL <br />FOR REDE~fPTION <br /> <br />$815,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 198t <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS tlEREBY GIVEN, that, by order of the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, there have been called for <br />redemption and prepayment on <br /> <br />April 1, 1988 <br /> <br />all outstanding bonds of the City designated as General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds of 1981, dated October i, 1981, bearing serial <br />numbers 85 through 163, inclusive, having stated maturity dates of <br />April 1 in the years 1989 through 1992, both inclusive, and totaling <br />$485,000 in principal amount. The bonds are being called at a price <br />of par plus accrued interest to April 1, 1988, on which date all <br />interest on said bonds will cease to accrue.
