Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 985-36 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN 161ST & <br />LLAMA STREET (Project #85-6) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R.
