Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-39 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN HIGH <br />POINT ADDITION (Project #85-9) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street <br />N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. <br />and Coquina Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. <br />and Coquina Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and 157th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and 157th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and 156th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue <br />N.W. northeast to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Council on February 26, 1985, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed <br />project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the <br />benefited property owners to be as follows: <br /> <br />Owner/Occupant <br />15700 Dolomite Street N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />22-32-25-12-0003 985-9 <br /> <br />Resolution #85-39 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
