Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %85-48 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEALCOATING <br />IMPROVEMENT (%85-9 High Point Addition) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street <br />N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. <br />and Coquina Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. <br />and Coquina Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and the north plat boundary of High Point. <br /> <br />5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and 157th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue NoW. <br />and 156th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue <br />N.W. northeast to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />8) 156th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street NQW. <br />and the west plat boundary of High Point. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Council on February 27, 1985 which report indicates the <br />following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project <br />Estimated Total Assessment <br />per unit (individual property <br />owner cost) <br />Estimated Annual Assessment <br />per unit (3 year term) 1st year <br /> 2nd year <br /> 3rd year <br /> <br />$13,120.00 <br /> <br />285.22 <br /> <br />123.59 <br />114.09 <br />104.58 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the <br />sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br /> Resolution #85-48 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
