Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION %85-48 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT (%85-9 High Point Addition) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 22, 1985, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. 2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of High Point. 5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 157th Avenue N.W. 6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue NoW. and 156th Avenue N.W. 7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. northeast to its end at the cul-de-sac. 8) 156th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street NQW. and the west plat boundary of High Point. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 27, 1985 which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property owner cost) Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (3 year term) 1st year 2nd year 3rd year $13,120.00 285.22 123.59 114.09 104.58 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a Resolution #85-48 Page 1 of 2
