Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85-56 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AREA (150th Lane N.W. & Rhinestone Street N.W. #85-1) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted December 11, 1985, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference ~ the s~ drainage im~ovement area: --Generally located north of 150th Lane N.W. between Uranimite Street N.W. and Rhinestone Street N.W. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1985 which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property owner cost) Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (10 year term) $ 8,100.00 362.58 61.57 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the storm drainage area improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvementprso the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $8,100.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of April, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None Resolution ~85-56 Page 1 of 2
