Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-57 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN RUM RIVER <br />HILLS P.U.D. (Project #85-3) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the l{amsey City <br />Council adopted December 11, 1984, a report has been prepared by <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference to the improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 169th Avenue N.W. between 170th Lane N.W. and <br />Iodine Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) Iodine Street between Helium Street N.W. south <br />to the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Council on February 26, 1985, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed <br />project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the <br />benefited property owners to be as follows: <br /> <br />Mr. Wilbur F. Dorn, Jr. <br />16610 Fluorine Street N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Mr. John J. Berglund <br />300 East Main Street <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />~homas W. & Paula E.
