The turn lane section for 142nd Avenue N.W. as <br />shown on the revised plan sheets 11 and 12 of <br />Improvement Project 84-18 requires 5-1/2 inches of <br />bituminous, 3 inches of Class V gravel, two feet of <br />select granular material and a four foot ditch <br />bottom. The turn lane section for 149th Avenue N.W. <br />as shown on the revised plan sheets 2, 5 and 10 of <br />Improvement Project 84-19 (S.A.P. 199-105-02) is the <br />same as the 142nd Avenue N.W. turn lane with the <br />exception of only one foot of select granular <br />material required. The change in the storm sewer is <br />shown on revised plan sheet 6. <br /> <br />Ail work shall be done in accordance with the <br />contract documents or as directed by the engineer. <br /> <br />Necessity. for__Chan~e~Order No~.l: <br /> <br />The change in the turn lane cross sections was <br />required by Mn/DOT as part of their access permit <br />requirements. The change in the storm sewer is <br />required to provide drainage for a future development <br />located in the southeast quadrant of the 149th Avenue <br />N.W. and S.T.H. No. 47 intersection.
