Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF FUNDS FOR CHANGE ORDER #3 FOR <br />PROJECTS #84-12 AND #84-18 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. submitted a letter to Ms. <br />Jeanne Haapala, Chief City Accountant dated March 29, 1985, <br />outlining the revised extension costs on 1984 Series II Bond <br />Issue as follows: <br /> <br />Revenues <br />Construction Costs <br /> <br />$1,923,500.00 <br />1.832.912.50 <br /> <br />Total Surplus $ 90,587.50 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it has been determined the estimated cost <br />of the extension on Change Order No. 3 is $65,188.00 plus 25 <br />percent overhead the total construction cost is $81,485.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA (I]UNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />approves the project extension on the 1984 Series II bond in the <br />amount of $65,188.00 plus 25 percent overhead totalling <br />$81,485.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That a copy of this resolution be provided to the <br />City Accounting Department. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter, <br />Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of Apr,, 1985. <br /> <br />.///I"' h/eby ac~owledge receipt of the ~b~.. __e_~resol uti on: <br /> /arty A'cco ntant ' / <br /> <br /> <br />
