Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THE POLICE 1982 FORD LTD-S AS SURPLUS <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Police Department has <br />received their 1985 squad car; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Police Department maintains <br />only three vehicles in their fleet; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1982 Ford LTD-S has been taken out of <br />service. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />declares the 1982 Ford LTD-S as surplus property and <br />advertisement for bids shall be placed in the Anoka Union and <br />Shopper, Elk River Atomic Shopper and paper for the <br />Champlin/Osseo area. Bids shall be received until May 21, 1985. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter, <br />Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of April~/1985. <br /> <br /> ~at~l~r~ ....
