Councilmember Schlueter introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %85-80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PLACING ANNE L. NORRIS, URBAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />PLANNER ON PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT STATUS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the effective date of employment for Anne L. <br />Norris, Urban Economic Development Planner for the City of Ramsey <br />was September 26, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anne L. Norris was placed on six month <br />probationary period and said expiration date is March 28, 1985; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anne L. Norris has worked very well with the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and Economic Development <br />Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and Mr. Don Greenberg, Chairman of the Economic <br />Development Commission have written letters recommending Anne L. <br />Norris be placed on permanent employment status with the City of <br />Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the placement of Anne L. Norris on permanent <br />employment status with the City of Ramsey has been reviewed by <br />the Personnel Committee and they have recommended she be placed <br />on permanent ~mployment status; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anne L. Norris has successfully completed her <br />six month probationary period. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA (DUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />approves of Anne L. Norris being placed on permanent employment <br />status with the City of Ramsey as of March 28, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2) That it is further directed that a copy of this <br />Resolution 985-80 be furnished to the City Accounting Department <br />and that a co~y be placed in Anne L. Norris' personnel file. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Mayor Heitman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter, <br />and Cox <br /> <br />Resolution #85-80 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
