Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85-83a WHEREAS, the Long Term Financial Plan provides for landfill trust funds to be used solely for the 1985 capital improvement projects in Central Park. Refer to Council Resolution #84-257 dated December 18. 1984 and approved City Park Budget for 1985; and WHEREAS, the 1985 City Park Budget provides for the transfer of $50,000 from Landfill Trust Fund %803 to Park Fund %215 for the purpose of capital improvements in Central Park. Refer to Council Resolution %84-256 dated December 18, 1985 and approved LongTermFinancial Plan; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission has requested that the City Council hereby approve of transferring said funds as adopted in the 1985 City Park Budget and LongTerm Financial Plan which will be used for capital improvements at Central Park. NCW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY g]~E CITY (/]UNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA OOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves of transferring $2~400 from the Landfill Trust Fund to the Park Fund for the purchase of two sets of bleachers. 2) Further,. the above stated funds are to be used solely for capital improvements at Central Park. 3) A copy of this resolution will be furnished to the Accounting Department and Park and Recreation Commission. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: None and the following was absent: Mayor Heitman whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of April, 1985.
