Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 985-85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRI(~ QUOTES ON ~ONAL BRO(tK~ <br /> <br /> W~REAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the production of <br />a promotional brochure for the City of Ramsey, the following bids were <br /> <br />received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Advertising and Promotion Serv. <br /> <br />Bruce Printing, Inc. <br /> <br />Ramaley Printing Co. <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />$3,234-00 <br />$4,424-00 <br />$6,150.00 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Advertising and Promotion Services' bid <br />in the amount of $3,234.00 had the lowest bid. <br /> <br />NC~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY (/]UNClL OF f~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council accepts the bid from Advertising and <br />Promotion Services in the amount of $3,234.00~ with no additional charges for photographs. <br /> <br /> 2) THat the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to <br />inform all who sutmitted bids of the Council's action. <br /> <br />Them orion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following was absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 23rd day of April, 1985- <br /> <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of this <br />resolution: <br /> <br />city Accountant / <br /> <br /> <br />
