Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85-95 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #4 FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #84- 12AND #84-18 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution #84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee Property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for theconstruction of TrunkSanitarySewer; and AND WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has presented Change Order No. 4 dated May 20, 1985 recommending the following changes: Changes Decrease in Contract Price 1) Delete 70' of 30" RCP Class V at $68.60/LF $4,802.00 2) The contractor agrees to give the City a lump sum credit of $3,000 for future restoration and in- stallation of concrete and gutter $3,000.00 TOTAL DECREASE IN CONTRACT PRICE $7,802.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves the changes listed above on Change Order No. 4 dated May 20, 1985 as presented by City Engineer Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Heitman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: None Page I of 2
