15) 164th Lane N.W. between Olivine Street NoW. <br />and Quartz Street N.W. <br /> <br />16) Quartz Street N.W. between 163rd Lane N.W. <br />and 166th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />17) 164th Avenue N.W. west of Quartz Street NoW. <br />and east of the West line of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />18) 166th Avenue N.W. between Quartz Street N.W. <br />and Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br />19) Marble Street N.W. between 166th Avenue N.W. <br />and 166th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />20) 166th Lane N.W. between Jaspar Street N.W. <br />and Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br />for approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL~ CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA ~0UNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and <br />cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the <br />Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement shall be published for twenty-one days, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be <br />received by the City Administrator/Clerk until 11:00 a.m. on <br />July 9, 1985, at which time they will be publicly opened in the <br />Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center by the City <br />Administrator/Clerk and City Engineer, will then be tabulated and <br />will be considered by the Ramsey City Council at 7:30 P.M. on <br />July 9, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the City Administrator/Clerk and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to <br />the City Administrator/Clerk for five (5) per cent of the amount <br />of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmember Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg and <br />Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution #85-118 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
