(County Road 9116) <br /> <br />b) Junkite Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. <br />and 142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />c) Iodine Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and <br />142nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. <br />and Iodine Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat <br />boundary of Ramsey Terrace and the east plat <br />boundary of Ramsey Terrace. <br /> <br />f) Junkite Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. <br />and the north plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace. <br /> <br />Project #85-14 (Grade change Azurite & C.$.A.H. #5 <br /> <br />according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by <br />the Ramsey City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) Approval of Azurite Street NW is contingent upon <br />Anoka County participation in that portion of the project cost <br />dealing with Azurite Street NW located within the County right- <br /> <br /> 3) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized <br />and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a <br />contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann, $orteberg and <br />Schl ueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of June ~ 1985. <br /> <br />~.//~~inistrator/Clerk Pa'ge 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
