15) 164th Lane N.W. between Olivine Street N.W. <br />and Quartz Street N.W. <br /> <br />16) Quartz Street N.W. between 163rd Lane N.W. <br />and 166th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />17) 164th Avenue N.W. west of Quartz Street N.W. <br />and east of the West line of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />18) 166th Avenue N.W. between Quartz Street N.W. <br />and Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br />19) Marble Street N.W. between 166th Avenue N.W. <br />and 166th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />20) 166th Lane N.W. between Jaspar Street N.W. <br />and Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $27,007.32 and the <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such <br />improvement amount to $4.847.31 so that the total cost of the <br />improv~ent will be $31,753.63. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL~ CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOFA fDUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The portion of the cost of such improvement to be <br />paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ .... and the portion <br />of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is <br />declared to be $31,753.63. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the <br />assistance of the City Engineer of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece <br />or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to <br />cash valuation, as provided by law and he shall file a copy of <br />such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br /> 3) The City Administrator/Clerk shall upon the <br />completion of such proposed assessment, notify the City Council <br />thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution #85-148 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
