Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESCLUTION #85-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Pineview Estates #85-11) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a contract has been let and costs have been <br />determined for the sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> 1) 149th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. <br /> (County Road %56) and Uranimite Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 149th Lane N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. east <br />to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />3) Uranimite Street N.W. between 149th Avenue <br />N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />4) Peridot Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. <br />and 150th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />and the contract price for such improvement is $6,846.39 and the <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such <br />improvement amount to $1,203.20 so that the total cost of the <br />improvement will be $8,049.59. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA (DUNT~, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The portion of the cost of such improvement to be <br />paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ and the portion <br />of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is <br />declared to be $8,049.59. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk, with the <br />assistance of the City Engineer of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece <br />or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to <br />cash valuation, as provided by law and he shall file a copy of <br />such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br /> 3) The City Administrator/Clerk shall upon the <br />completion of such proposed assessment, notify the City Council <br />thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the foll~ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Schlueter <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
