Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RES~UTION %85-165 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR ALLIED BLACKTOP COMPANY (Projects %85-4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 13 Sealcoating Projects) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolutions approving the following projects in the City of Ramsey: Resolution %85-102 adopted June 11, 1985 for Jaspar Street area (%85-4) for sealcoating Resolution %85-103 adopted June 11, 1985 for Whispering Pines %3 (%85-5) for sealcoating Resolution %85-104 adopted June 11, 1985 for Gorham's Sandy Acres (%85-7) for sealcoating Resolution %85-105 adopted June 11, 1985 for 156th Avenue N.W. (%85-8) for sealcoating Resolution 985-106 adopted June 11, 1985 for High Point Addition (%85-9) for sealcoating Resolution %85-107 adopted June 11, 1985 for Oakridge Estates (%85-10) for sealcoating Resolution 985-108 adopted June 11, 1985 for Pineview Estates (%85-11) for sealcoating Resolution %85-109 adopted June 11, 1985 for 167th Avenue N.W. (985-13) for sealcoating and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution %84-130 awarding the bid to Allied Blacktop Company for the sealcoating improvement for Projects %85-4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment in his letter dated August 20, 1985 to Allied Blacktop Company in the amount of $85,834.87. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA GOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Allied Blacktop Company for the sealcoating improvement for %85-4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 in the amount of $85,834.87.
