Mayor Heitman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESf~ION #85-175 <br /> <br />RESCLUTION CAr,r. ING FOR H~%RIN~ C~ ~O~O$~D ASSESSMENT (FLINT~OOD HILLS SECOND <br />ADDITION - #84-1 FLINTWOOD HILLS SECOND; $84-12 TRUNK; $85-15 STORM SEWER) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on <br />September 10, 1985, the City Administrator/Clerk was directed to prepare a <br />proposed assessment of the oost of the public utility improvements (municipal <br />water, municipal sewer, and storm drainage to the plat of Flintwood Hills <br />Second Addition); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the City Council <br />that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for <br />public inspection. <br /> <br />NCW ~EREFORE, BE IT RESC~VED BY ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />OOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shall be held on the 8th day of October, 1985, in the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and <br />at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement <br />will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice <br />of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official <br />newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the <br />notice the total cost of the improv~ent. He shall also cause mailed notice to <br />be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less <br />than two weeks prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilm~ber Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilm~bers Cox, Schlueter, Reimann and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 10th day of September, 1985. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />WCi ~/~iT~ s~tor/~ er k <br /> <br /> Mayor J ~ ' ' ~ <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of <br />this resolution: <br /> <br /> <br />
