Councilw~ber Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RES~UTION %85-193 WHEREAS, Mr. Haakon Jarnes, hereinafter "Developer," has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A, ALPACA ESTATES 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. And, that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, and that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, all in Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 08 seconds East, assu~ed bearing, along the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 63 degrees 37 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of 1748.93 feet; thence on a bearing of South a distance of 449.26 feet to the south line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28; thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 38 seconds West, along said south line, a distance of 228.11 feet to the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 06 seconds West, along the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1334.47 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 08 seconds West, along the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1225.81 feet to the point of beginning; which plat is to be known as Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition, hereinafter known as "Plat;" WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to Chapter 170.03 of the City Code, held a public hearing on the proposed plat on June 4, 1985, which hearing was duly published in the City's legal newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting on June 4, 1985 recommended the City grant preliminary approval of the Plat with the Developer providing a 4' bike lane; WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Planning Commission's June 4, 1985 public hearing minutes and recommendation minutes, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set forth herein; and WHEREAS, the City Council granted preliminary approval of the Plat at its regular meeting on June 25, 1985.
