Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85-194 WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Christian, hereinafter "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of aawsey: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as commencing at a point on the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 418.00 feet, as measured at right angles, east of the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence south parallel with said west line to intersect the nrotherly line of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said highway right of way for 300.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be hereby described; thence north parallel with said west line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for 658.65 feet, more or less, to intersect said north line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence east along said north line for 451.06 feet; thence south parallel with said west line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for 1011.93 feet, more or less, to intersect said northerly line of the highway right of way; thence northwesterly along said highway right of way for 571.10 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; which plat is to be known as Rawsey Ompmercial Park, hereinafter known as the "Plat;" WHEREAS, the Rawsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to Chapter 170.03 held a public hearing on the proposed plat on July 2, 1985, which hearing was duly publixhed in the City's legal newspaper and written notice of the :hearing was given pursuant to law; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting on July 2, 1985 recc~ended that the City grant preliminary approval of the Plat with variances to the soil boring and topography requirerents; WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Planning Commission's July 2, 1985 public hearing and recommendation minutes, which minutes are incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein; and WHEREAS, the City Council granted preliminary approval of the Plat with variances to the soil boring and topography requir~rents at its regular meeting on July 23, 1985. NO~ ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~E CITY O0UN~L OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA O0UNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That final plat approval of Oxbow Addition is granted with variances to the soil boring and topography requirerents, contingent upon Mr. Christian providing proof of marketable title and entering into a develo~ent agreement with the City.
