Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~85-212 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Rita Holm, hereinafter "Developer," has properly applied for <br />plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />~hat part of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of <br />Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, lying northerly of the center line of <br />County Aid Road No. 25; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly thirty-three <br />feet thereof, AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following parcels of land <br />described as follows to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast <br />Quarter thence West along the North line of said Northwest Quarter of <br />Northeast Quarter three hundred and fifty feet; thence South parallel with <br />the East line of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter; one hundred <br />and twenty-five feet, to the said East line; thence North along said East <br />line, one hundred and twenty-five feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said Northwest Quarter of <br />Northeast Quarter, one hundred twenty-five feet south of the northeast <br />corner of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter; thence West <br />parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter of Northeast <br />Quarter, three hundred fifty feet; thence South parallel with said East <br />line one hundred twenty-five feet; thence East parallel along said North <br />line; three hundred fifty feet to the said East line; thence North along <br />said East line one hundred twenty-five feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />~hat part of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of <br />Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, lying Northerly of the center line of <br />County State Aid Road NO. 25, AND WHI(/~ LIES WEST of a line parallel with <br />a distant 250 feet East of the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter, EXCEPTING the Southerly 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the above described property is to be known as Holms <br />Addition, hereinafter known as "Plat;" and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed plat pursuant to Chapter <br />170.0317 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NCW ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~/~E CITY COUNCIL OF ~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. ~hat final approval of Holm Addition, with a variance to the lot size <br />of Lot 1, Block 1, is granted contingent upon: <br /> <br />a. Ms. Holm providing proof of marketable title; and <br /> <br />b. Ms. Holm entering into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
