Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-213 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. William Loucks, hereinafter "Applicant" has applied for plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />~hat part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and that part <br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing <br />at the north quarter corner of said Section 14; thence West, assumed <br />bearing, along the north line of said Section 14, a distance of 33.00 <br />feet; thence South at a right angle a distance of 539.88 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning of the land being described; thence continue <br />South a distance of 275.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 24 <br />seconds East, parallel with the north line of said Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 803.85 feet, more or less, to the <br />westerly right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway NO. 47; thence North 1 <br />degree 52 minutes 52 seconds West along said right-of-way line a distance <br />of 162.15 feet; thence North 3 degrees 15 minutes 16 seconds West along <br />said right-of-way line a distance of 113.09 feet, more or less, to the <br />point of intersection with a line drawn parallel with the north line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter from the point of <br />beginning; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 24 seconds West, along said <br />parallel line, a distance of 792.11 feet, more or less, to the point of <br />beginning. Subject to easements of record, if any. Subject to an <br />easement for road purposes over the south 33.00 feet thereof; <br /> <br />which plat is to be known as Duff and Towel Estates, hereinafter known as <br />"Plat;" and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed plat pursuant to Chapter <br />170.0317 of the City Code. <br /> <br />NU~ ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~/~E CITY COUNCIL OF ~/~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. ~hat final approval of Duff and Towel Estates is granted contingent <br />upon: <br /> <br />a. Mr. Loucks providing proof of marketable title; and <br /> <br />b. Mr. Loucks entering into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> 2. ~hat a 33 foot easement along the southern border of the plat for road <br />purposes be deeded to the City. <br /> <br />~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Mayor Heitman and upon voted being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereor: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann, Schlueter and Sorteberg <br /> <br /> <br />
