NOTICE iF A FOBLIC BEARING <br />I~OI~M. ~I)1~ A (I~CIAL FACI~I?IES <br /> DEVELOPMENT PRO]ECT <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given, that the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey, Ninnesota, will meet at the Ramsey Nunicipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, ~4innesota, at 7:30 p.m. on <br />December 17, 1985, to consider the proposal 'of Stillwater <br />Partners III, a [4innesota 'general partnership consisting of <br />Gregory 3ohnson, David Brandt and Kenneth Pederson (the <br />'G0mpanyn), that the City assist in financing a project <br />hereinafter described by the issuance of industrial development <br />revenue bonds. <br /> <br />Description of Project <br /> <br />Acquisition of land located at the southeast corner of <br />the intersection of Oounty la,ad 116 and ~innesota tiighway <br />47 and construction and equilamnt thereon of a convenience <br />store and gas station. <br /> <br /> ~he maxim~ aggregate estimated principal amount of bonds or <br />other obligations to be issued to finance this project is <br />$350,000. ~he project will be initially owned and operated by <br />the (k~pany. <br /> <br /> ~he bor~s or other obligations if and when issued will <br />constitute a aharga, lien or enc~rance upon any property of the <br />City except the project, and such bonds or obligations will not <br />be a charge against the City's general credit or taxing powers <br />but will be l~able fr~m sums to be paid by the Company pursuant <br />to a revenue agreement. <br /> <br /> At the t~ and place fixed for the Public Hearing, the City <br />Gouncil of the City of R~ will give all persons who appear at <br />the hearing an op~ortunity to express their views with respect to <br />the proposal.
