Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESf~UTION %85-232 <br /> <br />RESGLUTION REVISING ~3NICIPAL S~TE AID STREET SYSTEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be made to <br />the existing Municipal State Aid Street System under the <br />provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOEA COUNTY, S~%TE OF MINNESO~I~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the segment of nonexistent Municipal State Aid <br />Street #104 (148th Lane Northwest) between C.S.A.H. No. 5 <br />(Nowthen Boulevard) and S.T.H. No. 47 be deleted from the <br />Municipal State Aid System. <br /> <br /> 2 That the Acting City Administrator/Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of <br />said road or portion thereof, that same deleted from the State <br />Aid Street System of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following member abstained: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 17th day of December, 1985. <br /> <br />Acting City Adm~strator/Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
